Jacket Racket

Citation: Steven J. Varga, ed., "Jacket Racket!," Grindstone (Berea, OH: Baldwin-Wallace College, 1984), p. 36.

Jacket Racket is an organization of spirited students designed to give Baldwin-Wallace athletics an added boost. Organized by Bryan Fields, the Racket stresses spontaneity from its members.

During its first year of activity, the Racket made a name for itself by attending all home games and hitting the road to many away basketball games. They soon became a force to be reckoned with in the OAC. This year's tri-captains were founder Bryan Fields, Mike Rezac and Terry Goodman.

Jacket Racket is looking forward to next year and its expansion to other sports. Keith Walcutt and Jeff Ivey will continue the newest tradition at B-W, the Jacket Racket.
