This page describes the array of information services offered by Ritter Library's Reference department.

Reference Assistance

 

The Reference librarians at Ritter Library are skilled in the use of online and print resources offered through Ritter Library and through the OhioLINK system. Reference Librarians will help library users:

  • find information on a topic
  • develop a search strategy for research papers
  • use the library's catalogs, databases, subject guides and other resources
  • locate books or journal articles
  • locate facts and statistical data
  • answer questions about library policies, services and facilities

 

 

Reference assistance is provided remotely by email, chat, phone or video conference ONLY. Reference hours during Fall 2020 are as follows:

Monday - Thursday

10:00 am - 9:00 pm

Friday

10:00 am - 5:00 pm

Saturday

None

Sunday

1:00 pm - 9:00 pm
