Study Room Policies

Ritter Library Study Room Policy

  • Study rooms occupancy limits and physical distancing must be observed.  Study rooms 104, 105 and 111 each have an occupancy limit of one; the remaining study rooms have a limit of two individuals per room at a time.
  • Properly worn (over nose & mouth) masks MUST be worn in all study rooms.
  • Study room use is limited to BW students, faculty, and staff.
  • Study rooms are not soundproof; be aware of your surroundings and volume level.
  • Study rooms must be reserved 24 hours or more in advance.
  • Food and beverages are NOT permitted.
  • Those using the rooms are responsible for cleaning the work surfaces prior to and at the end of use.
