Library Policies

Conditions of Entry

Baldwin Wallace University students, staff, faculty and administrators have access to Ritter Library.   Library staff may request to see a current university identification card. 

All guests wishing to use Ritter Library's facilities must sign the guest register at the Information Desk.  Guests must provide proper identification (driver's license or photo-bearing identification card from another academic institution) and must have a specific reason for using Ritter Library.  Guests must sign out when leaving.

For individuals who are not fully vaccinated: properly worn masks are REQUIRED in all public areas of Ritter Library including all study rooms and classrooms.  Physical distancing of 6' is also expected.

All users are encourage to clean their work areas before and after use with the provided spray.  Thank you for your cooperation.

Ritter Library reserves the right to prohibit access to the library to any individual who fails to comply with the policies of the library.
