The Cuyahoga County Public Library system provides access to PANCE practice exams via their subscription to the Learning Express Library:
PANCE® Practice Exams 1 and 2
The questions in these practice tests are modeled on those found in the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants' (NCCPA) certification exam—and offer test takers the essential, authentic practice needed to perform their best.
To gain access to either of these exams, you will need a Cuyahoga County Public Library card.

Access to the two practice exams:

Then, for either test link:
2. Click on "Card Number or Username" and enter your Cuyahoga County Public Library Card number or username
3. Click on "PIN/password" and enter your Cuyahoga County Public Library PIN or password

You can take the PAS test anytime within a 180-day window after your PA program completion date, starting 7 days after graduation.
You schedule via NCCPA (National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants).
You take the exam at one of the Pearson VUE testing centers.
