old Remote Library Services for Online Learning: Visiting

This guide offers links and answers questions for the online learning shift taking place in response to the COVID-19 outbreak.

Ritter Library is open to current BW students, faculty and staff. Entry to the building requires your BW ID for tap access. At this time, the library is not accommodating anyone who does not have a current BW ID. For your safety and the safety of staff in the building, do not allow anyone to follow you into the building. Masks, properly positioned over the mouth and nose, must be worn at all times while in the building.  Please practice social distancing (at least 6 feet of space) to prevent the spread of germs.

Navigate to the library's homepage for up to date building and staff hours. See "When are we open?"

Students, faculty, and staff may access all floors while the building is open.  Books and DVDs may be requested.  We will offer no-contact check out of materials provided you call 440-826-2204 prior to arriving to pickup your requested materials.  Please note, you will receive an email indicating when your requested item is available for pickup.

IT Support Services (Help Desk) office is no longer accepting walk-ins.  Please call x7000  or email helpdesk@bw.edu if you need IT assistance.
