Baldwin-Wallace women interested in synchronized swimming compose the Aqualene Club. Each fall at the annual tryouts, interested women demonstrate different skills required in order to be a member of the club. On this basis. the members are chosen for the main event and purpose of the club, the annual show presented spring quarter. This year the theme for the watershow followed a Grecian legend. The show was organized. co-ordinated and produced by students with the assistance of Miss Sue Claflin, adviser. The officers of Aqualenes are: President, Anne Storey; Vice-President, Ibbie Oilcber; Secretary, Joyce Grimes; Treasurer, Ginnie Brooks; Publicity, Jan Barrter and Ellie Budd; and Costume Chairman, Sue Mueller.

Annual tryouts are held during the fall quarter in which those interested must exhibit skills necessary to be a member of the group. All year the club practices and works for its annual water show scheduled for spring quarter. This year the theme was "An Evening with Henry Mancini." Mrs. Strew is the group's advisor. The officers are Bonnie Andrews, President; Carol Peck, Vice-President; Mary Fisher Green, Costume Coordinator; and Helen Quinby, Secretary.

Sink that shot! Make that basket! Such calls and hoots filled the gym on the night of the annual Army-Navy Basketball Game. Of course, some might accuse these vigorous young ladies of playing a rough game, but the gals know their basketball. This year's victors were the nimble Navy nymphs to the tune of 33-25. All the acrobatics of the Army could not halt "gob" Edie West.

The Baldwin-Wallace Athletic Board is a unit of the co-operative system of student government; and therefore, the membership comprises representation from both the faculty and the student body.
The duties of the Athletic Board are to determine on the matter of eligibility of athletes, to award letters, and to guide the athletic destiny of the College in general.
Monthly meetings are held, at which all business is transacted.
